Path: Content > Product Configurator > Products :: Product Tab “Variants”
Video Guide:
You have the option to manage product variants (such as size, color, etc.) for each configurable main product layout by accessing the “Variants” tab:

The main product with defined variants will be marked with a special icon in the product dashboard for better clarity:

Create Variants
Variants such as size, color, etc., are based on the principles of product attributes.
Please note: You do not need to create the product attributes again if they are already stored in the shop. ArtiGesToo accesses the product attributes already created in Shopware (Catalog > Attributes) and then links them to the configurable product layout:

To ensure the variant linking, first select the attribute group. The indicator will show you how many attributes are already present in the selected group. In the adjacent window, you will see the assigned attributes. Then, select the required attributes:

After defining the product attributes, generate the product variants by clicking the “Start Variant Generator” button.
Now you can edit the generated variants:

Inactive variants will no longer be available in the designer.
Edit variants
When you click “Edit,” each variant will have two tabs: “General” and “Views”:

Once you have finished editing, you can return to the variant overview by clicking “Back to Variant Overview”:

Variants “General”
This tab looks the same as the one for the main product layout. The only missing field is “Product References,” as the variants are already linked to the main layout.
For generated variants, they inherit the contents of all fields from the main item. However, the “Item Number” field will receive its own suffix. If needed, you can make individual adjustments for each variant:

Variants “Views”
If you want the preview image to change in the frontend when the color changes, open the “Views” tab

and replace the current images with the new ones by clicking the gear icon:

The replaced images will not affect the marked printable surface. This means the printable surface remains unchanged.
